Applications to vend at Leather Fiesta 2026 are now open!

 

Vendors are the heartbeat of Leather Fiesta—bringing color, creativity, and connection to the event. Think back to the first time you strolled through a vendor hall, eyes wide with curiosity, discovering handcrafted gear, one-of-a-kind art, playful accessories, and things you didn’t know you needed (but suddenly had to have). That spark of discovery? That’s the magic we want you to bring to Leather Fiesta!

Sure, online shopping is convenient—but there’s nothing like seeing something in person, feeling the textures, asking questions, and making real-time connections with the maker. Plus, who doesn’t love stumbling upon that perfect surprise?

Leather Fiesta’s vendor room is a dedicated space for makers, artists, and small businesses to shine. Booths come in various sizes, and access to power is available if needed. Vending will be open Friday afternoon and evening, and all day Saturday (full schedule to come).

There’s no money due now. After you apply, we’ll notify you via email if you’ve been approved. Once approved, you’ll receive a link to register and pay for your vending space and any assistants. Registering and paying will then confirm your spot at Leather Fiesta!

Which type of booth space do you need?
Mini space - $100 - approx 5 ft x 10 ft - includes full event pass for primary vendor, small table and a chair. Very few available.

Single space - $160 - approx 10 ft x 10 ft - include full event pass for primary vendor and a 6ft x 2ft table and two chairs. May purchase one vendor assistant pass separately.

Double space - $240 - *must be pre-approved* approx 10 ft x 20 ft - includes full event pass for primary vendor and two 6ft x 2ft table and two chairs. May purchase up to two vendor assistant pass separately.
Will you need any $65 vendor assistant passes?
Renting any vendor space grants the primary vendor an event pass. Renting a Single space allows one assistant pass to be purchased ($65). Renting a Double space allows a second assistant pass to be purchased (also $65).
If your booth has specific needs—electric power, corner space, no tables, allergies, etc.—please list them here and we will do our best to accommodate them.
