Important Registration Information — Please Read Before You Register
We’re so glad you’re joining us! Here’s everything you need to know before you register.
- Early Bird Registration ends Monday, September 7 — register now to lock in the best price!
- Online registration closes Sunday, October 25, at 11:30 PM (MDT). Be sure to register before then.
- Your registration includes membership to the full weekend event.
- Please register using your legal name — it must match the government-issued ID you bring to check-in.
- This is an 18+ event. You must be 18 years old by Friday, October 30, 2026 to attend.
- On-site check-in (and at-the-door tickets, if available) must be completed before registration closes each day. Registration closes promptly at 9 PM on Friday and Saturday — no exceptions. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the evening festivities!
- Everyone attending Leather Fiesta must sign the following event paperwork before entering:
