Important Registration Information
- Early Bird Registration ends Monday, September 1! Register now to get the best deal!
- All online registration will close Sunday, October 26, at 11:30 pm (MDT)!
- You are purchasing a membership to the weekend event with your event fee.
- Legal names are required for registration. Name on registration must match name on government issued ID card presented at event check in.
- This is an 18+ event. You must be 18 years old by Friday, October 31, 2025 in order to attend.
- All event check-ins (and at-the-door ticket sales if available) must be completed before registration closes on the day of the event. Registration closes promptly at 9 PM on Friday and Saturday. No late registrations will be processed and no late tickets will be sold. Please plan to arrive well before registration closes to ensure your entry to the evening festivities.
- Each person attending Leather Fiesta must sign event paperwork before entering the event:
