Become a Sponsor
Sponsorships are vital to the smooth functioning of any large event. They help us achieve bigger goals, provide more services to attendees and allow us to keep admission costs lower. All Sponsors receive our thanks and gratitude for helping make large kink events available to those in our communities.
New Mexico Leather League is a not for profit organization whose mission is to provide education, social opportunities and safer play space to our communities. All proceeds from events, sponsorships, classes or other happenings are fully applied to current and future NMLL promoted activities.
What does Sponsorship look like?
We want to work with you to get the package you want in return for sponsorship! We can craft a package to meet your individual sponsorship needs including options like informational or vendor spaces, including marketing materials in attendee packets, classroom naming to get your name on the event map and schedule, hosting a social or informational event during leather fiesta, plus mention on our website, social media, and event program. Contact the event coordinator at NMLLEvents@gmail.com to negotiate a sponsorship package that works best for you.
Some Sponsorship options:
$50 – Mention as a sponsor in our event program and app as well as sponsor badge to wear during event – All other sponsorship items include these as well unless specifically requested to not be mentioned
$50 – Ability to host a social or marketing event in our hospitality suite during the event (limited availability)
$50 – Swag bag inclusion, ability to include information or advertisement in the swag bag given to event attendees
$50 – Registration signage, a poster or sign advertising your business or organization displayed at the registration area where all attendees must go for event registration
$100 – Info table, a manned or unmanned table in either the hallway area (must be vanilla friendly) or dungeon foyer (event attendee access only) to advertise or spread information (foyer space limited availability)
$200 – Classroom naming rights, this will include your sponsor classroom title on the event schedule and maps (only 3 available)
$300 – App sponsorship to be the named app sponsor, this will have your sponsor name included in our event app title which attendees will use to access information about the event as well as networking with fellow attendees (only 1 available)
$500 – Hospitality suite naming rights, the hospitality suite will be named after your sponsorship, this would appear in the event schedule as well as map and retain the name of the room regardless of the events happening in the hospitality suite (only 1 available)
$1000 – Event sponsorship naming rights, the addition of your sponsorship name in the event title, to be included in all media and advertising of the event, like NMLL Presents Leather Fiesta 2024 Brought to you by YOUR NAME (only 1 available)
$??? – Official [business type] of Leather Fiesta 2024, to be available to the highest bidder of each business type as of September 1st. You would be able to use this on any of your own advertising at the event or otherwise
$??? – Your suggestion, if there is any other way you would like to be represented or have your name and information provided to our event attendees let us know and we will work together to get you the return for your sponsorship dollars in the way that best impacts your business or organization
Total sponsorship value of $250-$500 dollars includes one event attendee membership ticket, total value over $500 includes two event attendee membership tickets. If you will require more than two tickets please let us know and we will handle the request on a case-by-case basis.
