Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend an NMLL event please be aware that membership fees are not refundable. You may transfer your event fee to another individual by request at least one week prior to the event. Please contact us at NMLLEvents@gmail.com to arrange for transfer of an event membership fee.

Cancellation Policy

Should an event be canceled due to circumstances beyond NMLL’s control, refund options will be made available to all registered participants. Because there are expenses incurred whether or not the event goes forward, we will gratefully accept donation of event fees to help meet these obligations. If a refund is not requested within 60 days of the scheduled event, your fees will be donated to the general fund.
