Play Related Rules

  • Negotiate and obtain explicit consent before any scene.
  • Respect those playing by being appropriately quiet near a scene and keeping a polite distance.
  • Universal safe words in the dungeon are:
YELLOW (something needs to be adjusted, but play is not halted)
RED (all play stops until situation is corrected or the scene ends).
  • Use of safe words is strongly encouraged and your personal responsibility. If you are going to use a gag in your scene, arrange to have a non-verbal sign used as a safe word. If you are planning to play to RED please notify the DM prior to the scene.
  • Safer sex supplies are available on the dungeon supply tables and at the First Aid station. Use is strongly encouraged and your personal responsibility.
  • Do not interfere by word or deed, in any scene. Some scenes may appear extreme. If a scene bothers you please walk away. Notify the Dungeon Monitor if you feel the situation warrants.
  • Clean your play area when scene is done. Please leave areas as you found them. Cleaning supplies are available on the dungeon supply tables.
  • If you hear a loud whistle blast stop all play immediately and await instructions from the dungeon staff.

The Bottom Line

  • The Dungeon Monitor is the final authority in the dungeon and DM instructions will be followed at all times.
  • If you have any questions about any of these rules, please ask a New Mexico Leather League organizer or Dungeon Monitor to clarify them for you.

I understand and will abide by these New Mexico Leather League Dungeon Rules.
