Lunch is on your own – but don’t miss the TACO Truck!

Lunch will be available for purchase from MiTacoSuTaco in the parking lot of the Ramada near the Cigar Tent. MiTaco will be open 30 minutes before and after the lunch hour (12:45-2:45), so, if you are not in class either before or after the lunch hour, try to go to the food truck then to avoid the lunch rush.

Most choices from MiTaco are gluten-free. However, the only vegetarian option they offer is a simple bean burrito, so vegetarians may want to make other arrangements.
