This is a planning meeting open to all who want and are willing to help with the planning and organizing stages of Leather Fiesta 2024.

We are hoping to get everyone aligned and sorted into groups to assist with the various aspects of the event, based on personal desires and needs.

This is different than volunteering to help during the event itself, attending this meeting is not required for at-event volunteering positions.
