Herding Cats – ADHD and M/s: Have you ever tried to herd cats, getting them to do what you want them to? It’s not easy, it’s not fun, and often you get bit and scratched. That can be what it is like to be in an M/s relationship where we both have ADHD. We are doing a deep dive into the chaos and pain of our journey. We will look at the basics and common symptoms of ADHD, our neurodivergence journeys separately and together, the basics of our M/s, how and why it differs due to our ADD, and herding cats from a meta perspective down to specific examples.
